Our aim is to ship all orders within 24 hours. Sometimes that doesn't happen. We are at the mercy of wholesalers, who also run out of produts from time to time. The best way to follow up on an order that has already been placed is to email Doc at Harp Depot. If you feel you need to call, call us at 740-383-1320, which is a answering machine dedicated to follow-up on orders. In either case, leave your name, telephone number, email address (if you have one), and message. Allow us 3 working days and we will get back in touch with you, most likely with the answer to your questions. Those answering our regular telephone are taking orders and do not have access to the information usually required for follow-up on orders.
