We are a business that strives to please its customers. We've been known to go to great lengths to keep folks coming back. We do what is fair in every instance. That is how we've become successful, and earned the right to supply so many famous musicians. They count on us to get their orders out the door quickly and accurately, and we do! However, the nature of life dictates that from time to time defects and mistakes can enter into any business transaction. These problems can be resolved quickly if you contact us at orders@harpdepot.com immediately to inform us of the problem. If a return is necessary, you must get a Return Authorization Number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number prominently marked on the exterior of the carton!
In general, we do not accept returns and all sales are final, unless there has been a mistake by us. If we send you the wrong product, or make some other mistake, we will authoize a return. But, generally, almost all sales are final, so make sure you are ordering the product you need or want.
We do not accept for return products that have been used. We do not, and cannot, sell used products! Products that are defective should be sent directly to the appropriate manufacturer's warranty service, without going through us, and we can assist you with the information needed to do so, as well as contact, on your behalf, with the manufacturer's warranty service. We do not offer repair services.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping and handling. If there is a manufacturing defect, it can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturer, after which it will be returned. If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will assist you in obtaining the manufacturer's repair or replacement.
